This Environmental Condition of Property (ECP) report for Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach Detachment Concord (NAVWPNSTA Seal Beach Detachment Concord) summarizes the historical, cultural, and environmental conditions of the property as part of Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) documentation associated with the closure of the Inland Area of NAVWPNSTA Seal Beach Detachment Concord.
