Do you live or work near Alhambra Creek or one of its tributaries?

You can help the Friends of Alhambra Creek keep an “eye on the creek.”   Your periodic observations can help us monitor the health of the creek habitat and detect any problems at an earlier stage.  Over time you’ll get better acquainted with Alhambra Creek, its plants, wildlife and our whole local environmentLearn more!

Program Goals

S       Inspire interest in Alhambra Creek as a natural resource for the Martinez community.

S       Provide more “eyes on the creek” to monitor creek conditions and wildlife.

S       Provide information to help the Friends of Alhambra Creek and the
Alhambra Watershed Council conduct creek stewardship work.

S       Encourage residents to get outside, exercise, and enjoy the creek and its watershed..
